Shipping policy

  • Once your booking is confirmed we will process the dispatch within two working days from the date of booking.
  • Your order will shipped through the available courier service
  • Your will receive your products within 05 to 08 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • PSR Silks will not be responsible for the any delay, theft or lost during the transportation caused by the shipping companies
  • In case of return no Return pickup facility is not available at all areas, in those cases customer has to ship the product to PSR Silk, NO 361 - Dr.Rajendra Prasad Road (100 Feet Road), Tatabad, Coimbatore - 641012
  • COD is not available to all locations, in case any refusal to accept the COD by shipping companies, COD order will be transferred as prepaid order. Once after receiving the payment for the order will process the dispatch.

  • Customers should provide accurate address, name and contact details at the time of check out. PSR Silks will not be liable for any delays or loss of shipment due to incorrect address. Customers should bear any additional cost for reclaiming the shipment as charged by the shipping carrier.
  • Once Order is shipped change of address or contact details are not possible
  • Customers are liable to pay VAT/TAX/DUTIES/CUSTOMS charges at the time of delivery as per the terms of destination country
  • All international orders will be processed within 03 working days and will be delivered in 08 to 15 days
  • Once an order is shipped PSR Silks will not be liable for any delays caused by shipping/logistics companies or at customs due to various reasons.
  • Customers also keep in mind about the delays which may be caused due to natural/unnatural events like political/weather/pandemic conditions. PSR Silks will follow up with the shipping carriers for next possible delivery schedules and safety of the shipment.

  • According to the policies of the international carrier, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.
  • This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods. In such case, you have to pay the surcharge through the website. If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our notification, then we would cancel your order and refund the amount paid towards the items in full.
