DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sarees requested for finishing purpose, if blouse cut and knots tied, discount products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For products purchased online, exchange can be done only against a products listed in our website, exchange at any physical showrooms will not be accepted.
No refunds will be processed you can exchange only against our products listed in our website
Return Pick Up
Return pickup is not available to all areas, customer has to ship the products on their own to our communication address
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS :
- No exchange or return offers available for the International orders. In case if you have received and wrong or damaged items we kindly request you to inform us through firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. We will guide you how to proceed further.
- We do not accept any damage or wrong products complaint received after 07 days from receiving the shipment.
- There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
