Returns Policy

We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sarees requested for finishing purpose, if blouse cut and knots tied, discount products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For products purchased online, exchange can be done only against a products listed in our website, exchange at any physical showrooms will not be accepted.

Return pickup is not available to all areas, customer has to ship the products on their own to our communication address.
